WHAT MAKES US HITTERZ

COACHES
The Hitterz staff have a mantra that we all believe in: No guts, No glory!
Our staff believes in pushing girls to take chances, be bold and not to be afraid of failure. This builds confidence in young girls that will one day translate into empowered women who do not hesitate to go for what they want. We grow great softball players today to be leaders in the future.

RICHARD BARNES
16U COACH
BATTING COACH
Richard has a large family with lots of girls, which has resulted in an intense love for softball, a 14 year career coaching at a competitive level along with 4 years coaching high school. Richard's expertise is in hitting the ball hard so he has become our resident batting guru for the whole Hitterz organization.

TERRY HENDRICKSON
16U HEAD COACH
Terry has a long history of coaching youth sports. In his 18 years of experience, he has a proven passion for sportsmanship and hard work. He wants the girls to be the best of themselves on and off the field. Proving that the girls can beat any obstacle on the field with teamwork and commitment is his top priority.

DAVID ARIAS
10U HEAD COACH
Although new to coaching competitive softball and with only one year of experience under his belt, David has come out swinging for the Hitterz organization. He has lead his team to several championships over his first three seasons and looks forward to many more. David has a hard nosed approach to softball and believes that attention to detail in practice will inevitably show up in game play. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard!
